# Terms of Service
## About Westlynz
These terms apply to consumer purchases of physical goods from Westlynz and use of our online store. Read them together with our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy before ordering.

Our online storefront uses Shopify's ecommerce platform. Your purchase contract is with the seller identified above, not Shopify.
## Orders and acceptance
You must have legal capacity to enter into the transaction and be authorized to use the payment method you select. Provide accurate contact and delivery information and review your order before submitting it.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. We accept it when we send an express acceptance or shipment confirmation. If we cannot accept an order because of unavailability, payment failure or a genuine error, we will explain the issue and refund any amount collected for the unaccepted order.
If we discover a pricing or description error before acceptance, we will offer the corrected terms for your agreement or cancel and refund the affected order. We do not charge a higher price without your consent. Later price changes do not alter an accepted order.
## Products, prices and payment
Product pages state the main features of the goods and relevant specifications. Review descriptions, dimensions and included components before purchasing. Screen settings can affect displayed colors but do not excuse supplying goods that fail to match their description.
Prices are in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete the order. Standard shipping within our delivery area is free without a minimum purchase. Any optional charges must be disclosed before purchase and accepted by you.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment authorization and collection follow the displayed payment arrangements. We will contact you if a payment issue prevents fulfillment. No different product will be substituted without your agreement.
## Shipping and delays
We offer delivery within the 50 United States and Washington, DC. International destinations and US territories are excluded. The order cutoff is 5:00 p.m. Los Angeles local time, observing PST or PDT as applicable.
Processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 5–7 business days in transit. Total estimated delivery is 6–9 business days from the applicable processing start date. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays. Orders received at or after the cutoff enter processing on the next business day.
If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will provide the required delay notice and offer cancellation and a refund or seek your consent to the delay. We will not use these terms to waive federal shipment-delay protections. Our Shipping Policy explains delivery inquiries, address changes and missing packages.
## Cancellations, returns and exchanges
Contact us promptly to request a cancellation or address change. We will accommodate changes where fulfillment permits. If shipment cannot be stopped, follow our Refund Policy.
You may notify us of a voluntary return within 30 calendar days after receipt and then mail the goods within 14 calendar days. Non-defective goods must be new and unused for this voluntary offer. Exchanges depend on availability. You pay ordinary return postage; we pay necessary return shipping for defective, damaged-on-arrival or incorrectly supplied goods. No restocking fee applies.
We initiate eligible refunds within 5 calendar days of the applicable trigger described in our Refund Policy, including inspection when a return is required. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed. Bank posting time may be additional. Earlier mandatory legal deadlines take precedence.
## Product rights and responsibility
Applicable federal and state laws may provide rights relating to product quality, description, warranties and remedies. Our voluntary return window does not replace those rights. Nothing in these terms disclaims implied warranties or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.
We remain responsible for the obligations we undertake even when we use third parties for payment or fulfillment. If circumstances outside our reasonable control disrupt performance, we will communicate the problem and take reasonable steps to address it. Applicable cancellation and refund rights remain available.
## Store use and accounts
Use the store lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, interfere with operation or submit fraudulent orders. If you create an account, protect its credentials and notify us of suspected misuse.
We may take proportionate measures to address misuse or security threats. Restricting access does not remove obligations we already owe under an accepted purchase. You are not automatically liable for unauthorized activity outside your control merely because an account was involved.
## Content and reviews
Store text, images and other materials may be protected by intellectual property law. You may view and retain material for personal shopping and transaction records. Other uses require permission unless authorized by law.
Reviews should reflect your actual experience and must not unlawfully disclose another person's private information. You retain ownership of your submissions. By submitting a review for publication, you allow us to display it for that purpose without changing its meaning. We may moderate unlawful or irrelevant material. Nothing here prohibits an honest review or imposes a penalty for giving one.
## Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy describes the handling of personal information. Acceptance of these terms is not blanket consent to unrelated marketing. External services may have separate terms, but those terms do not remove responsibilities we owe you under your purchase contract.
## Complaints, governing law and changes
Email us with your order details and a description of any problem. Contacting us does not limit your right to seek other available remedies.
These terms are governed by applicable federal law and California law, without depriving you of mandatory protections under the laws applicable to your transaction. Court jurisdiction and venue follow applicable law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
The version provided when your order is accepted governs that order. Later changes apply prospectively and do not reduce existing rights without lawful agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
